Babelcorp

Babelcorp was a New Zealand multinational computing company based in the Metaverse. It was a pioneer of Long Language Model computing, and created the Babelcom AI Desk Buddy.

The company pioneered products that were designed from the ground up for AI-based operation. In fact, none of their products allowed a human to operate them at all.

History

Babelcorp was founded by nobody of note in the Metaverse in 2020-something. Babelcom IPOed on the New York Stonk Exchange shortly after launching its flagship Babelcom product. After realising the product was less than worthless, the stock dropped in value to -$0.

Babelcorp was found to have spent over 50% of the IPO money trying to buy original roman statues and palm trees for their corporate headquarters in the metaverse.
